The National Park Homes Council [NPHC] is the specialist representative body for the residential park home industry. NHPC, a division of the National Caravan Council, deals solely with residential park home issues. The Council is committed to a policy of continued improvement in quality and raising levels of customer satisfaction. The council initiated the NHPC Quality award scheme, and provides conciliation services via the Independent Housing Ombudsman Scheme.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR PARK HOME RESIDENTS
Established in 1982, the Resident Trade Association [N.A.P.H.R] is a voluntary advisory service for park home residents, and those wishing to purchase mobile homes. The Association offers advice on purchasing park homes, site agreements, pitch and electricity fees, the 1983 Mobile Homes Act and any other issue connected to residential park home life.
