The Gold Shield Ten Year Warranty is open to all new homes manufactured by the NPHC, offering a free 10-year structural warranty. The scheme, which is on a par with the National Building Council's Warranty, was launched in 1987 and has covered over 12,000 park homes, with 900 residential Mobile Home parks being registered with the scheme.
