Park homes are built, and gas supplies installed in compliance with the safety requirements of British Legislation and the associated industry codes of good practice and British / European legislative standards. All gas appliances in a mobile home should be serviced on a yearly basis by a CORGI registered installer, in order to maintain a safe and efficient condition. The National Park Homes Council recommends the following annual checks:
1. Ventilation check
2. Flue check
3. Appliance safety
A check for gas leaks
4. Condition of pipe work
5. Condition of hoses
